Between October 10 and 21, 2022, the National Integrity Authority initiated three control procedures on the legal regime of assets and personal interests regarding a judge of the Chisinau District Court, a civil servant with special status within the General Police Inspectorate, a mayor from Hîncești district and two control procedures on the legal regime of conflicts of interest, targeting a mayor from Glodeni district and a middle school director from Basarabeasca district.

The integrity inspectors verified 119 declarations of assets and personal interests of the subjects of the declaration, submitted for the year 2021. An ex officio notification was submitted for the control of the property of a prosecutor from the Ungheni district. Also, 5 contravention cases were initiated on the aspect of non-submission of declarations of assets and personal interests, targeting an ex-vice president of Criuleni district, two councilors of the local public administration from Leova and Taraclia districts, a director and his deputy of a vocational school in Cimișlia district.

A civil servant with a special status of the Center Office from Custom Service, a civil servant of the "Apele Moldovei" Agency and four ex-local councilors from Căușeni, Hîncești, Nisporeni and Rîșcani districts were fined of 18,250 lei for not submitting declarations of assets and personal interests.

ANI representatives participated in 31 court hearings. 63 telephone consultations were granted at the Institutional Information Line. 38 Integrity Certificates were issued.
